What if my photo isn't good enough?
If the photo is too blurry or dark to work with, I'll email you within 24 hours and ask for a different one. I'll never print something that won't turn out well.
What if I don't like the portrait?
Every portrait is custom-made from your photo. If it arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind β so make sure your photo is clear and well-lit before ordering.
How long does it take?
After you place your order, your portrait is created and sent to print within 1β2 days. From there, delivery typically takes 4β6 business days.
Can I order for a pet that has passed away?
Yes. Many people order memorial portraits. Just upload the best photo you have β old photos are fine.
What photo works best?
